As you may know by now I love boardgames! So I built a list of my favourite boardgames with a few notes on each!
None of these are super hard to learn but check my notes for some guidance on which are the easy ones if you prefer something simpler.

Boardgames I recommend

If you love Disney and like strategy games definitely recommend this one! Lots of replayability and can be played as 2 players only or up to 6 (I'd say it's best with 3 or 4 players)

Manta Sleep Mask

Highly recommend if you enjoy cooperative games and a mystery theme! The artwork is stunning (a bit Tim Burton style) and it's very fun to play! (Up to 7 players and I recommend playing with minimum 3)

Mysterium

Recommend if you enjoy Mystery/Horror with a splash of luck based play (dice-roll). Every game is different and something really cool about it is that you never know which scenario you'll get (It can even change from cooperative to competitive). Has lots of different mechanics according to the scenarios, so although it's not a hard game, it's not very intuitive to start (super worth learning it in my opinion though!).

Betrayal at House on The Hill (3rd Edition)

Dixit is all about creativity and image interpretation with gorgeous cards (you can get expansions for different styles) and it's also easy to learn. I'd recommend playing with 4 players or more.

Strategy with dice-rolling luck component! This game is easy to learn and very fun, artstyle is also a mix of really cute with really cool! (I'd say this game is a better version of Unstable Unicorns)

Here to Slay

I actually don't own this one but I've played it several times and it's very entertaining and not too hard to learn (You could say it's a more complete/better version of Sushi Go). I'd recommend playing with 4 or more players but can also be played with 3.

7 Wonders

If you're the type that likes to betray your friends during boardgames then you'll enjoy this one!! (The meaner the better, I love this one! :D) Up to 4 players but can be played with up to 6 if you get the expansion! The mechanics of this one are also simple and easy to learn (but not one bit less fun).

Survive: Escape From Atlantis

Easy to learn and high replayability as you'll never have a game equal to a previous one, there are so many options for mixing words. I only like playing this one with 4 players but can be played with more!

Codenames

Deception/deduction game!! This one is very easy to learn and is awesome for big groups to play! I'd recommend minimum 6-7 players!

The Resistance: Avalon

Very easy and straightforward game for 2 players! The rounds are relatively fast so it's perfect for some occasional bit of boardgame fun.

Jaipur

Stunning strategy game with interesting mechanics! Not the easiest to learn but definitely very fun.
