I love the fact that they plant their own acerola cherries for this. So far whenever I feel like I'm about to get sick, I chew on two tablets and sometimes that immediately helps me feel better after half an hour if its not a serious case like Covid. Its one of their best sellers!

Nutrilite Bio C Plus All Day Formula

I've been consuming 3 tablets per day before bed to help me have a good night's rest and it also helps reduce period pain!

Nutrilite Calcium Mag D Plus

This product usually is my go to when I have headaches. I just pop two and get some rest and I'll feel better shortly after! 

I also take it daily nowadays.

Nutrilite Natural B Complex

I recently found out that because I've been taking this (2 scoops per day), my period cramps are no longer painful! 

I also read that most people don't have enough protein intake everyday. Do pair this with regular exercise tho!
