Just some of my recommendations for anxiety eating and sipping. (And no, I don't get anything out of buying any of these products. I just like them, a lot.)

My recommended snacks and teas

This is THE go-to for carnivore snacking. The meat is lean, not super jerky tough, and can be used for any number of dishes if you feel like cooking with it. And yes, I sometimes use this, the seaweed, and the shiitake mushroom snacks together for spicing up ramen bowls.

It sounds odd, probably would taste odd for someone that hasn't the taste for it, but shiitake mushroom crisps are a nice treat to have from time to time. I do recommend them as you can re-hydrate them and use them for cooking, or you can snack on them on the go. Great for a quick little savory bite.

I. Love. Boba. I like making it at home, and milk tea powders are a key ingredient that I use. I favor the Thai tea powder because it's flavoring is completely different from the tea I'm used to drinking every day, and there's a richness in quality that comes from this particular brand that no other on the market can really beat. 10/10 would recommend to all.
