My Set Up!

Yes, I know, its a pre build. I was a victim of needing a new set up in the middle of the famed GPU shortage. So YES I got my hands on a RTX3060ti, and it just so happened to come with a pretty decent computer attached to it. I was a little worried going down to a 500W PSU having ran 1200W on my last franken build, but maybe... maybe I didn't need that much, because I have had no issues here. I'm not mad that its air cooled either, having had friends be victims of catastrophic failure with their water cooled systems. I'm not ready to take the literal plunge on them just yet. It depends on your space though, in a stuffy basement with carpet, no AC and mountains of pet hair, you may want to take additional steps for keeping your build from overheating.

I recently upgraded my keyboard to linear switches and low profile keys! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and due to inflammation in my hands, gaming can sometimes cause pain and fatigue in my fingers so having a keyboard that allows for longer session before needing breaks was a very important purchase to make.

I love my monitors! I bought 2, so that I may have a perfectly matching pair, which makes for a really smooth aesthetic in the set up. In the future, I will rotate them 90 degrees (which is super easy to do on these stands, no monitor mounts needed) and mount an ultra wide in the middle. So I expect to get a long life out of these two, and I just love them. Red and black to boot!

Razer Naga Trinity

You will notice I don't use my headset often, I prefer the freedom of movement I get with this mic. I have since added a boom arm to it for even better versatility, and finding one compatible with this mic was easy peasy.

You guessed it, it has a ring light. Sometimes I use it, sometimes I don't, but having the option is something I really appreciate.

Razer Kiyo

As its an older model now, she may not be available for purchase, but I have been very happy with this controller. Its very comfortable, and easy to handle with the grips. Its wireless for console, but wired in for PC, but the cable is high quality and doesn't coil, which was a gripe I had previously with other corded peripherals from other brands.

You might notice I only busy this out for special occasions, thats because as AWESOME as it is, its fricken heavy! At 408g I do recommend having an alternative for longer sessions.

Razer Kraken Kitty - Black

My lightweight, and preferred headset. Excellent voice quality, and comfortable. I couldn't ask for more.

Razer BlackShark V2 - Black

For audio devices I have every weight class it would seem. These are my lightweight option, when I want the immersive sound quality I get with my headset, but need to feel like I'm wearing nothing at all. (I was using the RGB for a bit, but for how long my sessions typically are, I've disabled it to gain some more battery life)

It may have been on back order for as long as it would take for me to make a human baby, BUT it finally came, and I LOVE my desk. My partner and I have a matching pair, and our gaming studio looks pretty fresh having them side by side. Its a pretty durable finish considering I eat at the desk and there is still no damage or wear and tear to report, and its been taking a beating for 2 years now.
