This is what I recommend for beginners! You need a computer or laptop to use with it as it does not have a display, you will need to find a program that works for you in order to put the tablet to use! I recommend Clip Studio Paint for beginners because it is a one time payment, or Krita which is free!

This is what I would recommend for someone who wants to start with a display! Huion is a great alternative to Wacom, the stands just aren't as firm.

Oil paints! They're a little pricey but it's a good brand for intermediate to advanced oil painters!

This is the brand I used when I was learning how to use oils! These are water soluble so you won't have to use linseed oil or terpenoid! I highly recommend!
